Welcome to SaltedPickels!, we are the creators of this adventure— a brother/sister duo that has a deep seated love for the outdoors instilled in us by our parents at a very young age. There was not a childhood vacation without a hike, a tent, or a waterfall. Collectively we have been adventuring in Pennsylvania, New York, West Virginia, Maryland, Vermont, New Jersey, Florida, Wyoming, Colorado, Hawaii, California, New Mexico, Iowa, South Carolina, and parts of Canada. We have plenty more places, hikes, bikes, and floats in the works!
We have learned a lot along the way and are here to share what we know, what we don’t know, and what we’re learning! Everything from trip plans, gear, exercise prep, food, biking, hiking, kayaking, home canning, and healthy meaningful living!
